Conference Venue and Hotel

The 2020 NWAAAE Annual Conference will be held at the Snow King Resort in Jackson, Wyoming and a block of rooms has been reserved at a rate of $179 for all room types.  Individual reservations can be made by calling the Snow King Resort directly at 800-522-5464 and identifying yourself as part of the NWAAAE 2020 meeting or by using this booking link:

The Jackson Hole Airport ( is conveniently serviced by United, Delta and American and is located just under nine miles from the Snow King Resort.  The resort offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport or rental cars are available at the airport.

Conference Registration

Conference registration is expected to be available by June 1st.

Exhibitor Opportunities

The NWAAAE Annual Conference provides an excellent opportunity for companies to showcase their products and services to airports from throughout the northwest.  And our unique format of co-locating space for exhibits within the area used for sessions means that exhibitors maximize their time with attendees during the conference.  Each exhibit space is 8' by 8' and comes with a skirted table, two chairs and one complimentary registration.  Each exhibit spaces are $800 each and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  Please click here for the exhibit hall layout and registration form.

Come early and stay late because there's no end to the sights to see in Jackson and the surrounding area!  Between sightseeing in the Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks or enjoying any number of activities such as rafting, fishing or hiking - you'll need an extra day or two or three to take it all in!  Get more info at
